Join us for a LGBTQIA women and non-binary Sports Day and Picnic in the beautiful location of Richmond Park. We will be meeting near the cafe at Pembroke Lodge.
We will kick off at 1pm with a BYO Picnic (there will be some free giveways of delicious gelato).
Then we can get down with some classic sports day games, including volley ball (shorts allowed!) and rounders.
If you are not sporty, no worries, you can just chill and enjoy one of London’s most beautiful parks.
We will be joined by Rach and Issy from LGBT Keep Fit for a 45 minute workout! They will start with an energising breathwork to wake everyone up, followed by a dynamic warm up and then into a strength and conditioning session to get your body working and those heart rates up! This is a free event all you need to do is subscribe (if you have not already) and RSVP. The just turn up on the day. We will update nearer the time on the meeting space
There are toilets and a cafe in the Park. There is also a car park and good transport options. If you are feeling up to, the park is great for cycling.
Bring a picnic blanket, foldable chair (if you have) and your own food and drink.
